Doing JUST cardio?
I've been going to the gym doing the elliptical, stair machine, walking, zumba, etc. The weights are always taken and honestly, I have anxiety about going into that area. Since I have at least 60lbs to lose, its it okay to do JUST cardio starting out? I have 8lb weights at home I can use too, just wondering how important…

Moms: Loose skin?
I just had a baby two months ago and my stomach looks pretty deflated, but still fatty. I'm afraid if I lose weight, quickly or slowly, I will have extra skin there. Was anyone able to firm it up without getting saggy skin in the stomach area? I'm younger so I'm hoping the elasticity is still there...

Healthy snacks?
I have tons of food for my meals, but besides fruit I have no idea what I should eat! Especially snacks I can eat at work to get me away from the vending machine. Any thoughts?
