I agree. I feel like I don't have much time between gym time, working out while the baby naps then doing the rest of my daily "chores". I don't see my friends or family much anymore. Kinda sucks.

Elliptical all the way! I'm 190lbs, I do level 20 for 30 mins and burn roughly 600 cals. I can't run straight on a treadmill it throws me off balance. So that's my vote.

People who wear wayyy too much perfume, people who will skip the entire empty row of machines and work out RIGHT next to me, and people who have loud conversations. UGH I get so mad! :grumble: I will actually step off my machine and go to another one just to avoid these guys.

Work out at the gym or do a video when you get home. It usually fills some time and takes away my appetite for an hour or two.
