I joined an exercise challenge awhile back that I think was Burn 3500 calories a week or something like that. Does anyone know if there is a similar one now? Thank you!
My weight loss has been so slow since joining in March. I have only lost 7 lbs.so far and would like to lose 50 to 60 more. I workout 6 days a week usually to The Firm DVD's and walking.
