Confused about my daily calorie deficit
I've searched on the forum and read a couple posts but I'm still confused about what it is. Should my daily calorie deficit be low or high to lose weight? I know its a bit of a stupid question but I'm just so confused about it. Currently its about 800 but varies each day

I posted not long ago asked for advice with my hip pain. Since then i have been to the doctor, i've had an x ray and been told i have a stress fracture in my hip.
