  • Thank you very much! I would have continued working out until i got home and i wouldnt have got it seen to straight away when i got home. I'll make sure i get it checked as soon as i get home and lay off the exercise until then :) Thanks again for the adivce.
  • My calorie deficit is about 800, I usually eat between 1200 - 1400 and exercise about 500 calories. Is a daily calorie deficit of 800 too high or too low?
