Weigh-In - How Often Do You Weigh Yourself?
I was wondering how often everyone weighs themselves. I weigh myself once a week, but I use to weigh myself daily and it drove me CRAZY!!! LOL! What method of weighing yourself works for you and why? Just wondering :-)
