Weigh-In - How Often Do You Weigh Yourself?

I was wondering how often everyone weighs themselves. I weigh myself once a week, but I use to weigh myself daily and it drove me CRAZY!!! LOL!

What method of weighing yourself works for you and why?

    There are a group of my friends that are on this journey together... we weight in every Wednesday! I got an awesome scale from WalMart that remembers my last 5 weigh ins and calculates the difference for me as well! I weighed in this morning and lost 7 lbs!!! :)

    Maybe we should create a group on here for Weigh In Wednesday that we can all support one another on each week?! Any interest?

    I weigh in once a week on a saturday morning, first thing before any food or drink. i also find that then i can have a treat on a saturday night and have the full week to work it off :wink:
  • I just looked this up on Google this morning (: I'm a Goog-a-holic--but I planned on weighing myself once a month but now that I've purchased my own scale, I can't help but to want to always step on it! Now I think I will weigh myself once a week (same day in the morning around the same time). My husband was telling me if I do it that often then make mini goals like 1-2 pounds a week but if I want to keep a monthly goal then only count the number at the end of the month while letting the weekly weigh-ins motivate me.
  • Im trying to stop weighing myself so often I do every morning lol but when I do and ive lost weight its makes me excited to continue eating the way i did the day or two before or if I gain it makes me want to work harder so it works for me,but I think once a week would be best
  • I don't own a scale. I weigh myself whenever I am at my boyfriends house which is about once a week or every other week.
