Motivation for 50 Year Olds w/10 lbs to lose
I see so many posts/discussions from people who have lost 50+ pounds, which is wonderful, but I only have about 10 lbs to lose but am 50 yrs old and the 10 lbs just doesn't want to come off. I sit at a desk all day, but do work out with a trainer 3 times per week and do eat pretty healthy. I lose motivation pretty easily…
