Eating Enough Protein

I have a really hard time meeting my Protein goal each day and I am not doing a high protein diet. Any great ideas besides eggs and cottage cheese?

I presume you would have specified if you were a vegetarian, so - meat.0 -
If you incorporate a little protein in every meal and snack it's easier to achieve. This can be Greek yogurt at breakfast, hummus or cheese at snack, tuna at lunch, and so on.
If I have a bad day I end it with a protein shake with 30g.0 -
Tuna, meat, dairy, tofu.
Edamame has a bunch of protein, is a nutritional powerhouse and tastes REALLY good.
I struggle with protein, too. Working on one's diet - it's not always easy!0 -
