Somebody help me out with this one....
OK, so i'm checking out a few members food diaries and I'm noticing that a fair number of people are changing their daily goal macronutrient numbers....DAILY, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. One day 1800, then next 2450, the next 4270, then 2375 and so on and so on. I can understand having to tweak…
