Hi guys! One of my friends recently started exercising, and she's taking multi-vitamines and T3. I'm guessing the vitamines can't do any wrong but has any of you used the T3? They're supposed to boost your thyroid to help lose weight. Are they any good, would you recommend them? Thanks!
