Finally got to be be in the one hundred range and now 9lb from original goal weight (190lbs). I can never remember being under 14stones (196lbs) as an adult so just have 3.8 lbs to go for that. New goal is probably going to be reset at around 175lbs. MFP is great for logging and motivating, partuclarly like to 10lb a month…
Hi Everyone I decided at the start of November 2011 to lose weight as I was weighing 256lbs. I set a target of 65lb loss. However this was just a random number. Two months later I have lost 41lb and am starting to question the target. What is a sensible weight for a Male, 57yo, 5'10" ? Dont ever remember being under 196lbs…
