Hi Everyone
I decided at the start of November 2011 to lose weight as I was weighing 256lbs. I set a target of 65lb loss. However this was just a random number. Two months later I have lost 41lb and am starting to question the target.
What is a sensible weight for a Male, 57yo, 5'10" ?
Dont ever remember being under 196lbs as an adult but that is not an excuse.

It really depends on your goals.
Maybe about 165/175 if your going for the underwear model look, possible 185/195 for the cage fighter? I dunno, I'm just making this up. I think its best to aim for mid range healthy bf % and not wory too much about weight.0 -
43 lbs down in 2 months sounds really good! Keep up the work and I'm sure you'll reach your goal weight. Just give it a little more time.0
