hi everyone, I'm new here and need all the encouragement I can get. I don't have too much weight to loose, about 12-14lbs. I run regularly but know if i drop the weight I will be able to improve my running and feel better. I hope I can get some encouragement on here! Would be good to loose before Xmas!
