Breastfeeding a toddler
I'm doing extended breastfeeding, nursing a toddler, anyway I can't seem to drop any weight, I'm set at 1200 calories, should I up my calories? I am doing cardio 5 to 6 times a week min 20 min max 30 right now.has any one had this problem before? What did you do? Thanks

I had a baby 2 years ago, put back the weight I lost. I need motivation to keep going. I start for a week then slip. So overwhelmed but I'm going to do this. I need some friends! :)

This is my 2nd time around using my fitness pal I went from 250 to 205 then got pregnant shot back up to 234 :| I'm nursing my toddler still she's 18 mos. No trolling please. My question is what would be a good calories intake to start with? Anyone on the same boat with me? Thanks.

elliptical machine help...
I want to get the most out of this elliptical. It raises to 25 degrees. lets say that i do 10 min on this 25 degrees and at resistance 4 how do i log it on MFP?? Its like doing stairs right or like stair treadmill?? what do you think?

net and calorie intake cofusion..
Okay so I have a few questions. If my Goal = 1300. Food = 1100. Exercise = -1000. Net = 100, am I exercising too much? What should my net be at the end of the day? Do I need more calorie intake even if it affects my sodium, protein, and fat? Thanks in advance.

does it get harder??
Im new to weight loss and exercising. i was just wondering as you proceed to loose fat weight does it get harder to shed the lbs. like for instance a 250 lb person burns way more calories than a 145 lb person. how do you keep up with the change in weight to keep on loosing??

light headed
Im new to this and i would like to know if this is normal. ive been on the program for 6 days, i have lost 2 lbs but I get really light headed throughout the day. is this because im not eating the right amount of calories. please help.
