Why do I feel hungry right after eating??
Lunch was 270 calories, 8 carbs, 16 grams of fat, 3 grams of fiber & 14 grams of protein. I would think this would make me feel full for longer.

Breakfasts that aren't eggs or leftovers
I am getting bored with fried eggs every day and we don't have leftovers. Is there something simple I can make for the week?

Snacking
Ok.. so I know you are just supposed to have 3 meals on whole30. I still snack and I can't imagine not snacking. I might try next week to eat my "snack" with my meals. Am I cheating by snacking?
