Me too!

This has been my goal since October 3rd. Due to new meds I gained a lot of weight and knew I'd gain a ton during the holidays starting with Halloween... so I work out 5-6 times a week, count calories, but don't worry about calories at gatherings and holidays. Down 12 lbs doing this and I've had a LOT of cheat days.

My profile pic is actually from food and wine festival at Epcot lol

I don't count on vacation and I especially don't at Disney (my favorite place in the world!) we do so much walking there I never gain and I eat whatever I want. Have fun!!!

I have eggs every morning. Meat at dinner

Thanks for the responses! I had a much bigger breakfast and lunch today! I added more fat too and guess what! I don't feel hungry :) Also I am normally on snack #2 by now. None yet.. woohoo! I don't know what to do to make my dinner more calories though. I am having tacos with lettuce wraps. Ground beef (4oz) 1/2 an…

I like sparking water. Maybe squeeze in some citrus juice :)

I do also eat 3 snacks a day ( i know I shouldn't be snacking) I actually never tracked before but did so I would make sure I did eat enough calories. LOL When I first logged out of curiosity to see what I was eating I was only eating about 800. I will try to eat more tomorrow and see if that helps :)

I am really short so anytime I eat over 1300 (with exercise) I gain weight :(
-
Looking at your diary I would say you are definitely not eating enough protein to keep you feeling satisfied. Try more protein and less carbs.
-
I use trader joes light coconut milk
-
What are you eating? If you are eating "diet foods" like Lean Cuisines and skinny cow and 100 calorie packs you aren't going to feel satisfied. Try eating more protein, fruits and veggies and less processed food and carbs (from processed food. Carbs from fruit and veggies are great!) Protein and fat fill you up and keep…

It was 110 but I am actually below that now. Now my goal is just to lose 1.5 inches on my hips. I actually am not as worried about the scale anymore as much as measurements and how I look. I want to be really toned even it means I gain 10lbs :)
-
Yeah.. i don't like the idea of having a huge meal that leaves me stuffed. And I eat fruit or nuts as snacks mostly. Sometimes eggs or veggies. Eh... I am doing this mostly to feel better which I do.
-
Oh and camping! How could I forget camping. :)
-
I like to read. I am a photographer.. so not really a hobby as it's my job.. but it's a pretty great job :)

Ignore the scale and do measurements. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you are lifting you won't see a change in the scale even if you have lost fat.

Me! I am on week 5. :) I LOVE Leandro and the whole program. I have been taking weekly pics and measurements and it's helping me stay motivated. And none of my old pants fit. I am in the smallest size I've ever been in,
-
Nay... over processed, full of salt.. small servings.
-
I am on week 5 and though my bum is getting toned and lifted I know I need to lose fat in that area (always been my problem area) It's a very difficult area for some women to lose weight. Make sure you are focusing on your diet as much as exercise and be patient! I lost less than an inch in my 4 weeks, but that's more than…

LOL! I used to have those dreams with my first whole30.
-
OH! And Trader Joes plantain chips. Love them with guac.
-
Coconut aminos! I have been making stir fry with it. Amazing I already liked most whole30 foods.
-
I started logging to make sure I was eating enough. Some days I was only eating 800 calories, but wasn't hungry. I want to make sure I hit at least 1200

Yummy! I love chili :)
