Need MORE Support & Motivation........
Good afternoon all! So I've been at this for about a month now and I only have 9 MFP friends. I need motivation and support to keep me going on here. I have the support at home but when U only have 8 ppl including self saying "way to go" it's encouraging but I can always use more.

Ok so this is my second wk on MFP and I would just like to know, when you earn extra calories from working out is it best not to eat those earned calories? I haven't been eating the calories I've earned but I'm curious to know what will prompt better results.

:happy: Hello all! My name is Alethea and I'm just coming into my second week of MFP. I like having the exercise & fitness trackers to help me with what i'm eating as well as how much I'm burning. However, I have a weakness for chips :cry: and the past few days I've given in with an excuse. I'm trying to remain on track…
