Well today I'll be joining you all on the 30 day shred journey. I started back in early Feb and completed 13 of 30 days. I kinda jumped ship but back at it today. Day 1 of 30 (level 1) GOOD LUCK TO U ALL!

U can always purchase a Heart Rate Monitor for better readings. I found one @ walmart for $28. I does give more of an accurate reading.

I agree with the others. I just purchased a HRM and I have been getting the most accurate reading of calories burned.

I'm going to suggest "The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout" dvd or Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred". Both incorporate cardio, strength training and toning/sculpting. I just asked the question what do u do in this msg board... :smile: ... I totally understand your reasoning for why its probably best not to eat them. I am the same way. I try not to eat the earned calories because of the accuracy of total calories burned during a workout.
