I'm definitly going to do this. It is such an awesome idea. To start with I will set a goal of 24 miles.0 -
my december goals will be 400 miles of biking/spinning,(i havent made my goals the last 2 months and i dont need any more stress this month)10 weight training sessions, and 4-6 yoga/pilates classes,

I have ticker issues...but did 2 miles on the treadmill tonight. Total of approx 15 miles MTD against goal of 75. Just bought "Run Your Butt Off"...slow and steady wins the race!!!0

Hi, I am back for my second month :-) I do a Leslie Sansone walking program along with my daily exercises. I know it does not seem like a lot of miles but with my exercises as well I do get a decent burn.
I am in for 45 miles again. :-)
12/01:- 2 miles Leslie = 2 miles ...43 to go

I just found this but I've set myself a goal of 31 miles run/walking this month and 100 miles on the elliptical.0
