Ran/walked 6 miles this evening. I need to average almost 7 miles every day to reach my target. :ohwell:0 -
my december goals will be 400 miles of biking/spinning,(i havent made my goals the last 2 months and i dont need any more stress this month)10 weight training sessions, and 4-6 yoga/pilates classes,

dec 2 ripped in 30 + shred level 2+ yoga =3.5 miles
dec 3 spin 12 miles
dec 4 run 4.9 miles
dec 5 cardio strength class = 3miles
dec 6 spin 9 miles
dec 7 zumba 60 min = 5 miles
total = 48.4 miles this week will most likely do ripped and shred later today. so hopefull will cross 50 miles by tonight.

Yesterday I added 3 miles - walked the beach and then today I ran 3 miles on the road (my legs felt like they each weighed a ton!??) and then another 3 miles on the beach with my darling dogs!!!

Benji49 - original December goal 50 miles.
Have had some problems with back pain - have revised goal to 25 miles. Started walking again tonight and got in 1.72 miles.0 -
Yay 3 more miles today!! that makes 6 miles out of 24!!
