    Finising off the month and year with a work out on the eliptical machine for 6 miles and another 1.5 in dog walks today!

    Sadly I didn't make my goal this month...but I sort of slacked off for two weeks during the holidays. New month coming up and I will make my goal in January. WTG everyone for moving this month.!!!!

    Didn't make 75 miles but I'm okay with it.

    Happy New Year to you too Dinos!! Thank you for the beautiful fire works display, I will not be seeing anything so gorgeous cuz I just got back from visiting family and all the activity, drinking, eating and flying has me worn out and I hope to be zee'd out when the clock strikes midnight!!!!!

    Our short vacation was fun but tiring, I hit the gym every morning and used the elliptical, bike and the awesome steam room!
    Tonite I achieved my 2011 goal of doing some sort of fitness EVERY day of the year!! This is actually the second year running for this and NO I will not do seven days a week in 2012, but am going to go five days instead!

    Added 3 miles on Friday and another 2.5 on Saturday so that finished up the month at 106.5. Bring on January!!!

    OK guys, the sheet is updated. We moved 4,067 miles, 19 people made their targets and 16 moved over 100 miles. Another great month to close a very successful year for the move your @ss challenges. :flowerforyou:
