Hi, I am back for my second month :-) I do a Leslie Sansone walking program along with my daily exercises. I know it does not seem like a lot of miles but with my exercises as well I do get a decent burn.
I am in for 45 miles again. :-)

Logging my miles from this weekend. I went to the gym at my boyfriends apartment so these miles include the eliptical, arc trainer and stationary bike in addition to my treadmill and outdoor walks. I am totally going to reach my goal this month!! Only 6.6 to go and on my run days I do just over 4 miles and there are 2 run days left this month!
