    my december goals will be 400 miles of biking/spinning,(i havent made my goals the last 2 months and i dont need any more stress this month)10 weight training sessions, and 4-6 yoga/pilates classes,

    3 mile run and a 3 mile walk on the treadmill tonight. Will make my goal this month and make up for some of the 5.5 miles I missed last month...Yay :D

    2 miles tonight btwn treadmill and elliptical.
    52.31/75 miles so far.
    3.5 mile run for Friday
    2 miles sat before or after nrolfw. I'll end close to 60. I'm okay with that.

    20 miles on the bike this morning. I'm @ 194.2 for December, I'll need a long run tomorrow to get to 200 miles. As all my miles are outdoors and the weather wasn't particularly helpful, reaching my goal has been a very tough assignment. I'm tired.
  • 5.02 miles to go... see if I can pull that off today? Happy New Year everyone :drinker:

    Just ran 4.2 miles, but could only add 3.2 since my last run was overestimated! Sometimes I am just too honest! Will make my goal tomorrow!

    OH NO! SO sorry to hear that! I hope you heal quickly. Something low-to-no impact like biking or elliptical in a few days maybe?
