    Hi all! I took a brief hiatus due to sickness (read: laziness) and this challenge always motivated me before! I've never actually completed my MYA challenge, so here goes nothing. My goal is 45 miles run/walk this month!

    This is my first day I ran 1.5 miles on my treadmill. I am going to try to do 15 miles this month and hopefully more. Here I go!! I am also trying to do 1200 cal. I was below yesterday.

    Walked 7 miles today. Still a little behind schedule, but I'll make up for it with a long ride next weekend

    not sure when i updated last so here i am...

    i'm at 7.68/75 miles....
    took sunday off even though i was supposed to do 8 miles...i'll do them tuesday night watching biggest loser on the treadmill plus some extra tv....

    I fell short on my goal last month so I will be keeping the same goal this month, 50 miles.

    I have 4.25 miles in so far.

    my december goals will be 400 miles of biking/spinning,(i havent made my goals the last 2 months and i dont need any more stress this month)10 weight training sessions, and 4-6 yoga/pilates classes,
