Hi all! I took a brief hiatus due to sickness (read: laziness) and this challenge always motivated me before! I've never actually completed my MYA challenge, so here goes nothing. My goal is 45 miles run/walk this month!0

This is my first day I ran 1.5 miles on my treadmill. I am going to try to do 15 miles this month and hopefully more. Here I go!! I am also trying to do 1200 cal. I was below yesterday.0

Walked 7 miles today. Still a little behind schedule, but I'll make up for it with a long ride next weekend

took sunday off even though i was supposed to do 8 miles...i'll do them tuesday night watching biggest loser on the treadmill plus some extra tv....
