Just did this workout for the first time today. The Side Sphynx moves during the last 10 minutes are ridiculous. I probably struggled on those more than anything else so far. What's everyone else think of this workout?

So I did the induction phase for 2 weeks and lost roughly 8 lbs. or so. Since then I've had 2 or 3 days where my carbs got up into the 50's, but none where I went totally overboard.
