Raspberry Ketones

So these new "wonder pills" seem to be all the rage lately after an appearance on the Dr. Oz show.

Has anybody used them and had success? Or is this just the latest fad designed to take more money from people.

If you're talking about the It Works Thermofit, I have not personally tried them, but every other product I've tried from them works amazingly well. (I am not a distributor) but a HUGE fan of this company. I've tried the Fat Inhibitors, the Confienza, it's Vital Vitamins, and the Greens are awesome, not to mention the applicators, you do lose inches. I can't imagine that the Thermofit is anything other than a high quality product as well. That's my two cents

Really? DR OZ also says "Cells in your butt are fat magnets, so don't eat any fat, instead eat a ton of carbs"

Am I the only one that wonders how much these companies pay Dr. Oz to endorse their products. It's brilliant marketing for these companies when you think about it, quickest cheapest way to reach an unlimited market!

If any of these products worked there wouldn't be any fat people.

Ah, "Doctor" Oz. Like Ron "Ronco" Popeil, only with a couple of letters after his name that he's cashing in on.

I wonder if he'll throw in a device that will scramble an egg while it's still in the shell?

    "But, Wait, there's more!"

Oh, wait, what are his sponsors telling him to say about eggs today?

^^^^ Bingo. We have a winner.

If weight loss was that easy, all the medical professionals (real, honest medical professionals who care about their patients and want them to be healthy) would be issuing this stuff to their patients and really helping them rather than nattering on about hard things like eating less and exercising.

Instead, the only people who push this nonsense are the ones who are paid to do so.

Weight loss is tremendously profitable. If the pills are medically sound, why is it that none of these companies ever ask the question that every single drug pusher asks on their TV commercials, to wit: "ASK YOUR DOCTOR if xyz is right for you!"

Because they know EXACTLY what a real medical doctor's response would be.

No, you're not the only one, but sadly there are way too many people who don't, which means "Doctor" Oz makes metric tons of money as do the people who push the useless and occasionally dangerous stuff he peddles.

Oh, how I so desperately want a magic pill that will allow me to lose weight without all the hassle of counting calories and the need for taking so much of my free time not eating fine cheese and olives and drinking good wine, but instead exercising. I fully understand the desire for a product that makes weight loss easy.

But it ain't easy. Few worthwhile things in life are. This site makes it much easier than it otherwise could be, at least.

His books had fairly sensible, mainstream advice. His tv show seems to be driving the nuttiness. I don't think people want to tune in to hear the same old "expend more than you take in" advice.

He got famous from talking about poop on Oprah. I guess a daytime talk show about pooping wouldn't fly. It needed weight loss secrets.
