I have found a trick that helps me get through the process of cooking dinner. I budget for a cup of some sort of fruit (cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple etc.) and I nibble on that while I cook. I drink that with a glass of water, it helps me not to eat what I am cooking and when I do sit down to dinner, it helps me to not…
Late night hunger????
So I made it through the day yesterday with a great diet. However, about 8:30 I became very hungry but my calories were gone for the day. What do you do if you are really hungry with no calories left? I tried drinking water to fill me up with no luck.
