I do not have quite the schedule you do but I am a gym nut. You can knock out a crazy good workout in 20-25 minutes with circuit training during lunch time. Don't know if that is possible but its just an idea :)

I am also an ex smoker (3 years off the stuff) and have found weight loss to be similar in the ways to deal with hunger. I am no master at it but I am striving to be better :) Feel free to add me for support.

I was definitely hungry, my stomach was growling. I ended up drinking a diet soda and then went to bed. I dont know if this was the best thing, but I did not know what else to do.

This is great advice!!! I can do crunches and brush my teeth ( which is upstairs). Combine all these ideas and my problem is solved. Thank you guys for the help :)

I can't seem to develop that love for running, I just hate it...lol. However, I did run a 5k this past January and finished in 28:05. With the pace you have, it should be absolutely no problem for you. I think in races people tend to run so much faster than normal because that competitive spirit kicks in. Let us know when…
