I'm having the problem of constant bloating, I eat really healthy, lots of veggies and my fair share of fiber, I exercise at least 3 times a week, with cardio and strength. Cannot stop eating!!!
I am 115 my goal weight!!! It's awesome but now I can't stop eating, like I don't know what's wrong with me, I dare not go on the scale after these two days! What can I do? I am normally a super motivated person

Weight plateau!!!
I have eat 1500 calories a day, I exercise when I find time, I am a full time student, worker and mom :) I have lost weight up till now but I can't seem to loose any more weight! My measurements are getting smaller as well! It doesn't make any sense to me:explode:

117 but a size 0 or 00
I am 117 and a medium bone structure. I am thin but I don't think I am unhealthy thin, I'm not a curvey person, I find it odd that I could weight so much and be a size zero?
