What to eat pre&post workout w/work schedule?Please help :)
I work at a restaurant, I usually go in at 10:30. I have started going to the gym in the mornings before work. On Mon,Tues, & Thurs I do about an hour of strength training with 30 mins of cardio and on Wed & Fri, I do an hour of cardio.
