What to do with clothes that are too big
I'm getting ready to sort out all of my size 16's and XL's and get rid of them... I don't want to keep them - because there is not a "just in case" I gain the weight back!!!! NO WAY!!!! Goodwill here I come!!!!

Question about Dymatize Elite XT
Ok - I'm upping my protein to hopefully see better results. I work out 6 days a week for at least an hour...but I'm trying to get at least 145g of protein a day. Cardio kick boxing...I hate being the fat girl....argh
