Breakfast?
What does everyone do for breakfast? I am getting so sick of eggs, and I know a few people who use the Shakeology for breakfast, but I prefer to save those for after the workout. Also, I can't stand oatmeal....may be a lost cause lol

Net Calories/BMR/etc....
Hi Everyone! Can anyone please help me to understand net calories first and foremost. Am I supposed to be meeting my net calories or total in order to lose weight.
