I'm getting back to more activity after my catheter ablation and working on more lbs coming off. So my work out goals this month are walking 30 minutes 4 days a week (either with my walking buddy or use treadmill at Y), going to the Y a minimum of 2 days a week- one day for Zumba class and one day for Women With Weights…

New here in my 60's and do the FIRM plus gym
Just got an iphone and discovered this amazing app! Starting back doing the FIRM workouts plus walking and going to the gym after a break. Have about 50-60 lb left to lose. Would love to connect with others!
