Greetings... So... I've lost 15.2 pounds in 16 days... It was tough at the beginning, but I've been eating increased protein in the morning, haven't been hungry, have been averaging 1700 - 2000 net calories a day and have been burning at least 500 calories a day run/walking... Front Loading Breakfast
Greetings... Just curious... I've started "front loading" (for lack of a better term) my calories at breakfast time to feel more full during the day... Does anyone else do this or has anyone else found this helpful? Thanks Steve
