For those of u on 17 day diet....
I just finished day 17 of cycle 1. I only lost 4 pounds. But..i tend to lose slowly. I didnt follow diet exactly. I had a hard time at first bc my monthly cycle interrupted it. But my question is...do i proceed with cycle 2 or re do cycle 1 the right way? Just curious to peoples thoughts. Thanks....

SUP inflatable boards
I am just getting into this sport and I love it. Right now I have to rent a 11 inch board when I go out. But I recently found a 10 inch inflatable board online. It is supposed to be very durable and able to deflate after use. This would be convienient. Has anyone tried one yet? Looking for advice...thanks

Sugar
I am trying to lower my sugar intake, but even with clean eating, unprocessed foods, my sugar is always over the goal. Most of it is from fruits. Is this ok, or should I cut back from eating 2-3 fruits a day??
