Dancing My Way to 113 lb Weight Loss
Hi! I highly suggest trying Zumba. I have been dancing and having SO much fun it doesn't even feel like I'm working out. I'm so excited to go, and I don't like the gym. I burn around 800-1,000 calories per hour. I've lost almost 10 pounds in 5 weeks just doing Zumba and tracking what I'm eating.
