At a loss with non weight loss
Last October I joined a gym and found a personal trainer that I really liked. She put me on a nutrition plan similar to IIFYM (20g protein, 10g of fat, 400 cals per meal) x 4 times a day. It worked great for a year or so (lost 20 pounds) but in the last 6 months, the scale has barely budged. I'm at the gym 6x a week and…
