During Phase 1 I used 8 pounds, then progressed to 10's near the end. Actually I used like 5's the first day lol..... Now on Phase two, I'm using 8's when she says "medium" and 10's for "heavy." Anyone feel like they're eating more than they used to?
Not necessarily calorically....but just how much. I feel like I'm always eating. So.........I have a strange question (problem?) .....I'm 5'7" and medium-framed. I dont have a big chest of an hourglass, but I don't have the narrow shoulders of a pear.... My measurements right now are about 40, 31, 43.......and right now I wear a size 12 jeans....even when I'm 150 pounds...I'm still at best a tight size…
