I was just wondering since I've been having pizza pockets for lunch or dinner a lot recently..are things like that something you should avoid all together? Or is it okay to eat things like that as long as it's within your calorie/sodium/fat limit for the day? Please let me know what you think, especially if you are an M.D…

Sooo, I was thinking of trying out the 17 Day Diet. I read the first cycle, and it seems pretty legit. My cousin (who has always been very fit) says it sounds like a starvation diet. So I'm wondering, what do you think?
So I know you can't do "target reduction", but I'm desperate. My worst trouble spot is my back and around my ribs/ under-arms. How do I get rid of that annoying extra..STUFF?!?!
So I really want to tone my back and my abs, but I heard that doing ab exercises doesn't help...is that true? What's the best way to lose weight and tone up those two particular areas?
