I do that, too. I usually don't buy things that are too high in sodium or fat ..or have preservatives in them because it makes me feel like I'm eating formaldehyde :S. But the coupon lady was so nice..and I'm such a push-over.... and the bf was with me and he's an awful influence when it comes to food.

Tell him that it's an ALLERGY, not a matter of being picky, or some crazy fad. It's serious and it hurts you to eat it. He should understand that.

Usually, yes. I would just make sure that if I'm eating them back, to eat protein foods instead of carb/fatty foods. That way you build lean muscle which basically guarantees weight loss.

I think you might need a new scale..that's too much of a jump. Yo-yoing is one thing, but that's ridiculous!! 5 lb difference at most makes sense. In fact, it's normal. Your weight should fluctuate a little throughout the day. But 18 lb just doesn't make sense.
