Just starting Keto 2.0 & I.F.
I’m new to Keto and I’m looking at trying the healthier version calendar Keto 2.0. The plan consists of healthier foods, non processed meats, more vegetables and carbs are increased to 50 grams per day. Has anyone heard or tried this plan?
