Being pro-active with my meal and snack plans gives me a much greater chance of staying on track. I love how this program breaks down what you are getting as far as important vitamins, fat, sugar and protein. What are your secrets for staying on plan with limited time?

Quick Meals
One of my favorite quick meals is pizza. I get a pre-made crust and then make a medium spinach salad with low fat balsamic dressing and that is the "sauce" and then add anything else we want, but fairly light on the cheese. I can have it in the oven within 20 minutes and it's nice to have pizza when trying to eat healthy.

Fabulous Fast Food
I know fast food deserves most of the negative press it gets, but in my opinion there are a few options worthy of consideration. Here is my favorite: Chipotle! Their food is prepared fresh in the restaurant and the meats are raised without hormones and other nasty stuff. They even added brown rice in addition to rice! You…

Surprises
I have been a weight watchers subscriber for years and miss the ability to track calories (rather than points). Last night I made a martini lemon drop and afterwards when I calculated the calories I realized it was over 350!!! Yikes! I think that will be a very occasional treat and I'll stick to my glass of wine.
