I know fast food deserves most of the negative press it gets, but in my opinion there are a few options worthy of consideration. Here is my favorite: Chipotle! Their food is prepared fresh in the restaurant and the meats are raised without hormones and other nasty stuff. They even added brown rice in addition to rice! You can get a burrito, burrito bowl, salad, tacos, etc. The price is around $6 for any type meal with any combination of meat or vegetarian.
