I used to search engine and found some good answers to this, but wanted to post anyways. I have a 64oz jug that I use for water. I usually drink 2 of those a day. I work out twice a day (total of about an hour to an hour and a half) and I also drink 1-2 12oz cans of diet coke. Am I drinking too much water?
