Suggestions on high protein, low carb (not no carb) meals...
I was diagnosed as insulin resistant and need to adjust my way of eating (of course).... I love breads, pastas, sweets, but this has gotten me into trouble with my weight and health. I am trying to add more protein to my diet, but I'm having a hard time of this without adding more fat or more carbs... Any meal suggestions…
