How is this plan?
Hello, I'm a 26yo Male, 5'8 and about 185. I am fairly lean but unsure of my body fat % (never had it measured but I'd guess between 15%-20%). My goal is to get my body fat down under 8%. Now I put my information into the MyFitness app and it has me taking in 1700 calories. I've been sticking to that eating pretty clean…
