have been on here for probably 5 years now, would be nice to have some more friends, seeing other progress usually keeps me motivated to progress as well!
I started my exercise and diet on March 24th, just wondering if anyone else has experienced bruising after beginning to work out 3-5 days a week. I seem to get bruises mainly on my thighs but sometimes on my arms as well.. is this normal?
