bruising since starting work out regimen and diet?

I started my exercise and diet on March 24th, just wondering if anyone else has experienced bruising after beginning to work out 3-5 days a week. I seem to get bruises mainly on my thighs but sometimes on my arms as well.. is this normal?

    What sort of exercise are you doing? are you hitting yourself with anything? playing soccer? Occasionally I've hit myself with my barbell or dumbbells if I have been phoning it in and not really paying attention.

    Though I think bruising is a sign of some kind of deficiency? Maybe you need to see a doctor
