BEST TIME FOR A RUN?
When is the best time to go for a run? I was thinking maybe before breakfast or no? And how many runs should I be doing a week to make sure I lose at least a pound a week?

6 months till hols,
I weigh 170 lbs atm I want to lose around about 45 lbs altogether but want to be a max of 150 lbs for when I go on holiday in June. This leads me to 28 lbs to go with an average at a loss of around about a pound a week. Is this too much? Any comments on how to go about this and fun exercises will be greatly appreciated :D
